How to return an item to us
Your invoice number must be included with any return, this is needed to identify you and if this item was infact purchased from our store. THE HOME STORE
Packages must be returned with all packaging materials that was included with order.
Order must be returned within 7 days of recieving from us.
VITAMINS MUST NOT BE OPENED we cannot accept open vitamins for returns. If you believe we ship a product to you by error please contact us immedately via phone.
ANY ITEM THAT WAS SHIPPED FOR FREE WILL INCUR THE FULL SHIPPING CHARGES IF RETURNED.
We do not credit shipping charges for returned merchandise.
If an item is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no cost to you.SHIPPING TO AK, HI, PR, AND GU All shipping to these states will incur additional shipping charges since we cannot ship ground. Please call us at to be sure.
